How about some oranges grown in the island of the Seto Inland Sea?
On this tour, you can enjoy mandarin orange picking at the mandarin orange farm on Kakui Island, the largest island in Okayama prefecture.
The oranges grown here in this island have a very rich taste, thanks to the sea breeze in Setouchi area and the sunshine in Okayama, which has the highest sunshine rate in Japan.
In addition, you can see the magnificent view of Setouchi area from the farm, and enjoy eating the oranges in the best scenery.
Only in September, you can enjoy making juice and sherbet using green oranges (not fully ripe).
Enjoy the luxurious sweets of 100% mandarin oranges while listening to various stories from the owner of the farm.
Superb view cycling with a power-assisted bicycle
You can rent power-assisted bicycles to go to the farm at the tourist association at the nearest Hinase station. (an extra 800 yen is required).
Enjoy cycling along the spectacular view of Seto Inland Sea where oyster rafts spread in rows!
Making juice and sherbet (only in September )
The mandarin orange season starts in October, but you can make juice and sherbet using green tangerines only in September.
Let's challenge making the delicious sweets with the owner showing you the original tips.
The farm owner will tell you a lot
Produce is carefully grown without pesticides on this farm, and you can fully enjoy the natural taste.
The owner of the farm is also a very interesting and friendly person and will be happy to give a lecture on how to identify and eat delicious oranges.
How you can attend the workshop.

3. Come to the workshop on the day and time of your reservation

The workshop provider will check your application and contact you via Messenger if you are a Facebook user or send a confirmation to your registered e-mail address. The reservation is completed upon the receipt of such confirmation.
